Sweet, spicy, and a little bit tangy- this pan-roasted honey lime sriracha salmon is the best 30 minute meal!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove salmon from the fridge and pat dry.
Combine the sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, cilantro and garlic cloves in a blender and blend until smooth. Save half the sauce and place it to the side.
Using a basting brush, coat the salmon with the sauce. Place the salmon in the oven and cook for between 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the filets. The salmon will flake easily when it is done cooking.
Remove the salmon from the oven and coat again with more sauce for extra flavor. Serve with lime wedges and more cilantro. Mangia!
