Turkey and Egg Breakfast Muffins

Turkey and Egg Breakfast Muffins are the perfect grab and go breakfast! They are packed with protein and nutrition needed to get through the morning.

  • 12 slices of turkey
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach rough chopped
  • 1 TBS chives finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 TBS paprika


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly oil the muffin tin.

  2. Line each muffin cup with a slice of turkey.

  3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and toss in the chopped bell pepper, spinach, chives, cheese, and paprika.

  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the egg mixture inside the turkey cup. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. When it's done cooking, remove from the oven and serve immediately or read the tips on how to store them! Mangia!
