Turkey and Egg Breakfast Muffins are the perfect grab and go breakfast! They are packed with protein and nutrition needed to get through the morning.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly oil the muffin tin.
Line each muffin cup with a slice of turkey.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and toss in the chopped bell pepper, spinach, chives, cheese, and paprika.
